Casual/ Freelance Marketing Manager with flexibility for life and room to grow

We are currently looking for a freelance/ casual /part-time Marketing Manager to join our small fun team of mums. We offer marketing support to small and medium sized businesses across a variety of industries, and genuinely enjoy delivering successful marketing and helping grow their businesses.

The ideal job applicant will be a marketing all-rounder with experience in marketing strategy/ planning, campaign planning and execution, marketing project management, communications, digital marketing etc. You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills that will be utilised to manage prospect and client relationships - from enquiry stage through to strategy and marketing management. You will need to be a self-starter and strategic thinker whilst also practical and results driven. The ability to meet deadlines and be passionate about your work is essential.

Being a small company we are very hands on and genuinely interested in marketing so you will have the opportunity to further develop the skills you have as well as learn new ones. Initially the position is likely to be one to two days a week mainly during school hours, with the potential to grow. Some work in the office (Macquarie Park), but also able to work remotely from home. We offer a flexible working environment and the role would suit Mums or those requiring a flexible lifestyle.

Casual Office Administrator/ All-rounder

We are currently looking for a casual Office All-rounder to join our small team of marketing Mums working in Macquarie Park.

Your role will include a variety of admin duties including:

• preparing documents and reports
• managing Freelancer invoices
• responding to enquiries
• maintaining the filing system
• updating our CRM

This role is perfect for a capable self-starter who picks things up quickly. You will need to have excellent communication skills, advanced MS Office Skills (in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and be well organised and able to be relied on to meet deadlines.

We offer a flexible working environment with some work able to be done remotely and the ability to grow your skills along with the job. The role would suit Mums, University students or those requiring a flexible lifestyle.

Prior experience is not required, however a motivated candidate who is willing to learn is. Initially this role is for 4 hours a week with room to grow.
